  • Can't qualify for the services.
  • Don't have transportation to get there.
  • Can't pay for the services.
  • Don't know how to sign up.
  • Are sometimes mentally ill and can't navigate the 'system'.
  • Are sometimes afraid to seek help.

     

    2-1-1 helps people find services they need.
    TapCare helps service providers coordinate services for people in need.
