United Way of Northern Nevada and the Sierra is a volunteer governed organization. This means that your neighbors, your co-workers and your friends make all decisions based on the needs of our community. This board of directors consists of 25 community leaders with diverse backgrounds and a full understanding of the needs of our cities and rural areas. Hundreds of volunteers provide leadership and direction for the organization.
